Vietnam sets record for most SEA Games gold medals won
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese sports delegation set a record this year for the most gold medals won at the Southeast Asian Games.

Vietnam won 205 gold, 125 silver, and 116 bronze medals, breaking the record of 194 gold medals set by Indonesia as host of the 19th SEA Games in 1997.
Finishing in second, third, and fourth place were Thailand (92 gold medals), Indonesia (69 gold medals), and the Philippines (52 gold medals).
